Diets don’t work. What do most people do after 21 days or on day 31? Go back to the old way of eating?
It’s the little choices you can make over time that can change how you feel and want to look. Its changing your little habits that you think don't matter.
When I quit craving sugar I lost an entire body size over time with no diet plan or exercise. I wasn’t one of those “gym people”
