This is a group type of coaching and will require listening and participating on FaceBook after I have posted a Live video. I will be teaching 3-4 times per week (30-45 minute videos) and we will be reading You Are A Bad Ass book by Jen Sincero along with this training. So please download that or purchase on Amazon before we get started.
You will get added to a VIP training room on FaceBook. You can re-watch the video's if you can't make them when I go LIVE. I will post times if you like being on LIVE.
No matter what level you are this group is here to support you. All questions will be answered from me or the team so you will get to hear what others struggle with and learn from them as well.
